Executive Administration

Reverend Brendan Dalton, President/Supervising Principal – Fr. Dalton is currently the pastor at St. Bernadette Parish. He was one of the original and most ardent supporters from the inception of the dream to build a Catholic High School in South Broward. Fr. Dalton celebrates over 35 years of ordination to the priesthood. He has served in many other parishes including Visitation, Epiphany, St. Matthews, St. Bartholomew, Sacred Heart and St. Gregory. Fr. Dalton was born in County Kerry, Ireland. He studied at St. John’s Seminary in Waterford and was ordained in 1969. We thank Fr. Mr. Richard P. Jean, Principal - Mr. Jean was born in Haiti and raised in Miami, Florida. He received several basketball accolades throughout his career at Archbishop Curley-Notre Dame High School and received a scholarship to Duquesne University to play basketball.  Mr. Jean attended Barry University where he earned his M.S degree in Educational Leadership.

Over 10 years of school administration, Mr. Jean was the Dean of Students at Archbishop Curley-Notre High School and Archbishop Coleman Carroll High School. Mr. Jean was the Principal of St. Francis Xavier School, St. Timothy Parish School, and now Archbishop Edward A. McCarthy High School. cthomas@mccarthyhigh.org

Mr. Robert F.Siccone, Assistant Principal – Mr. Siccone comes to Archbishop McCarthy High School with nearly 40 years of experience in Catholic Education – 27 of these years in elementary, high school and graduate school administration. He has previously administered, taught and coached in New York, Boston, Miami, and various locations throughout southwest Florida. He holds an M.S. in Education from Iona College, as well as an Ed. Reverend Kris Bartos, Assistant Principal for Christian Formation - After his years of service at St. Brendan High School, Fr. Bartos serves as Assistant Principal for Christian Formation at Archbishop McCarthy High School. As well as his administration duties and teaching Theology, he is a member of the Campus Ministry team and celebrates daily Mass for our students. He received his B.A. from Sacred Heart Seminary in Detroit, a Masters in Divinity from St. John Provincial Seminary and earned his Masters degree in Education from Boston College. Fr.
