Reverend Brendan Dalton, President/Supervising Principal – Fr. Dalton is currently the pastor at St. Bernadette Parish. He was one of the original and most ardent supporters from the inception of the dream to build a Catholic High School in South Broward. Fr. Dalton celebrates over 35 years of ordination to the priesthood. He has served in many other parishes including Visitation, Epiphany, St. Matthews, St. Bartholomew, Sacred Heart and St. Gregory. Fr. Dalton was born in County Kerry, Ireland. He studied at St. John’s Seminary in Waterford and was ordained in 1969. We thank Fr. Mr. Richard P. Jean, Principal - Mr. Jean was born in Haiti and raised in Miami, FL. He attended Archbishop Curley-Notre Dame High School where he received several basketball accolades and a scholarship to Duquesne University. Mr. Jean later attended Barry University where he earned a master’s degree in Educational Leadership.

Mr. Jean has administrative experience at both the elementary and high school levels. He was the Dean of Students at Archbishop Curley-Notre Dame High School and at Archbishop Coleman Carroll High School. He was the Principal of St. Francis Xavier School for one year and of St. Timothy Parish School for six years. Mr. Jean is now in his fourth year as Principal of Archbishop McCarthy High School.  cthomas@mccarthyhigh.org
